Refund policy

The policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, email us within 14 days and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify it. We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you did not want.

Try it before you buy it

Three full readings are free and require no card. The compatibility score, the aspect, and the opening of every one of the 78 pairings are public and free to read forever. We would much rather you used those first than bought something that turns out not to be for you.

What happens when you are refunded

The refund is issued through Stripe to your original payment method, and usually appears in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your account returns to the free tier automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the refund — readings you already opened stop being accessible, and your allowance reverts.

After 14 days

Because the unlock is permanent and delivered immediately, we do not normally refund after 14 days. If something went genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, the unlock never applied, the service stopped working — write to us anyway. We will sort it out.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A dispute automatically revokes access and takes weeks to resolve; an email takes us a day and gets you the same money back.
